2026 PIHCOC Awards Ceremony & Charity Gala

Pure In Heart Community Outreach Center will be hosting the gala for grand opening for the outreach center along with an awards ceremony honoring great people in our community and surrounding areas. Last but not least there will be a product reveal of our products that will be available on our online store after the reveal, so please remember to check back after the gala.
In the notes section during payment please include your name and if you will be attending with one or more people give us the names that will be attending in your party for proper seating arrangements.
DRESS CODE (Black & White Event)
Mandatory that all men wear a black suit or tuxedo and the women have the option to wear a long black or black & white evening gown. (if you do not have a long evening gown you may wear a dress past the knees) (Please ladies make sure that your gowns are not low cuts or with splits too high, back out or any cleavage showing or you will be asked to leave)
This event will have a lot of prominent and professional men and women, so we ask that everyone dress your best.
EARLY ARRIVAL
We ask that all guests arrive at least by 4:30 pm to give enough time to check in at the registration table so that you may get your seating info. Please make sure to give your name at the time of payment, if not the security at the door will not be able to let you in until payment is confirmed. When you arrive give your name at the registration desk just as entered at the tine of ticket purchase.
We also ask that everyone arrive early because dinner will be served promptly at 5:00 pm and the ceremony will start during dinner, so if your name is called to receive an award and you're not there you can select someone to receive it on your behalf.
DINNER
Dinner will start promptly at 5:00 pm, so we ask that you get there early to be seated. We will be serving a three course meal which will include an appetizer, main course, dessert and drink.
We will be having a variety of foods to accommodate individuals that are dieting, vegan or vegetarian. If there are any special requirements needed due to medical reasons please let us know?
Awards Ceremony
We will be distributing awards to small businesses, veterans, leaders, organizations and individuals that have been pillars in our community or surrounding communities.
If you would like to honor a person(s) on this day please submit their names by April 10th, 2026. We ask that everyone seeking the opportunity to be able to distribute an award(s) to make a donation to help us purchase enough supplies so that will be able to have enough.
For all persons that have submitted nominees for an award, you can arrive early, at the registration table after checking in, please remind them that you have an awards package to pick up.
VIP
For every person that goes on our website and make a donation to the outreach center will automatically have a seat in the VIP section and have access to the VIP private photo section to take photos, and a special gift from us.
VIP guests will have the option to introduce themselves, business or organization. (Time will vary according to the number of speakers)
PHOTO & VIDEO TAPING
Please we ask that everyone will respect others privacy by not taking pictures or recording without asking permission. Please at no time other than those receiving their award should anyone other than those chosen by the honoree to take a photo or record. Absolutely, no approaching the VIP guests or taking photos or recording them, especially during dinner. Please respect the rights of celebrities and other professional people that you might recognize.
For those that are willing to take photos with the public it will be announced and everyone that would like to at that time may do so. We have invited the mayors, community leaders, organizations as well as news reporters, journalists, radio announcers, etc.
Every VIP guest will be able to publicize their business or organization through different platforms. However; we are limited to the number of speakers. It is a first come first serve basis. We advice individuals to register asap before the slots fill up.
REFUNDS
Unfortunately, due to the purchases of food, drinks and preparation in advance after ticket purchase, we will not be able to refund any tickets purchases.

You can also support us through purchasing products from our online store. Every product purchased on our online store will help us keep the outreach center open so that we can continue to help feed the homeless, operate our food/clothing bank, awareness events and workshops, etc.
We are a non-profit organization with our 501(c)3 pending. We hope that our status would not stop you from supporting us.
Some products might not not be available on the website until after the reveal at the gala.
